EDEH DLE representative at the Second Higher Education Interoperability Design Thinking Workshop

The second Higher Education Interoperability Design Thinking Workshop was held in Potsdam, Germany on September 26-27, 2024. The EDEN DLE was represented by Dr Sandra Kučina Softić, EDEN vice president. The overarching goal of this workshop was to prototype a Higher Education Interoperability Starter Kit. The Workshop brought together about 40 participants from the EDEH Interoperability Workgroup and the Consortium, specialists from higher education institutions and European organisations. Over two productive days, participants were discussing which tools do European University alliances need to advance interoperability on their IT infrastructure and were developing prototypes that will act as a practical toolkit for leadership, management and operational staff.

The European Digital Education Hub (EDEH) is an initiative of the European Commission, funded by the Erasmus+ programme (2021-2027) and operated by a consortium of 13 organisations under a service contract with the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
