was the president (2016 – 2021) and a board member (2022-2024) of the Lithuanian and Distance e-Learning Association (LieDM), currently – an associate professor in the Education Academy and a Deputy director at the Innovative Studies Institute of Vytautas Magnus university (LT), responsible for managing online teaching activities in the university, focusing on quality assurance of university online courses, and contributing to university teacher training and future teacher education. Estela Daukšienė is an active expert and contributor to university activities and events on the topics of TEL, OER, virtual mobility, micro-credentials, and, recently, AI impact and application in education. Active participant of EDEN’s conferences since 2016, EDEN Fellow since 2022, researcher working in European projects on behalf of EDEN since 2024.
