Janika Leoste is Associate Professor in Artificial Intelligence Didactics at Tallinn University and Assistant Professor at Tallinn University of Technology. Her work spans digital education, teacher development, responsible AI, educational robotics, and cross-sector knowledge transfer. She operates at the intersection of research, practice, and policy, combining academic leadership with project development, community building, and international collaboration. Nationally, she serves on the Estonian Education and Youth Board’s Digital Competence Task Force, advancing DigCompEdu implementation, including AI competences.
