How can we transform e-Learning practices through capacity building?

This session will showcase examples of a good practice using capacity building funds to transform the teaching and learning practice of educational institutions that were in their early beginnings as it comes to e-learning. Our panellists will reflect on their experiences during such a journey – where were they at the beginning, how did they prepare for the transition, what activities have been undertaken, where are they now, and finally, what are their plans? Reflections will be done from the perspective of the institutional leaders, teachers, and supportive staff.
