2026 EDEN EDEH Digital Education Ambassadors
EDEN Digital Learning Europe presents 2026 European Digital Education Hub (EDEH) Digital Education Ambassadors Sandra Kučina, Vlad Mihaescu and Estela Dauksiene as appointed by the European Commission.
The Digital Education Ambassadors Programme is a key initiative of the European Digital Education Hub, designed to strengthen a diverse, community-driven network of professionals who actively promote innovation, collaboration, and excellence in digital education. Bringing together educators, researchers, practitioners, and digital learning experts, the programme aims to support knowledge exchange and foster stronger connections between national and international digital education communities.
As Digital Education Ambassadors, Sandra Kučina, Vlad Mihaescu, and Estela Dauksiene will contribute to the Hub by:
- Promoting the European Digital Education Hub within their professional networks and communities;
- Creating and sharing knowledge and resources that inspire and inform digital education stakeholders;
- Hosting or moderating online events, including webinars and discussions;
- Identifying opportunities for collaboration and proposing innovative ideas for Hub activities;
- Representing the European Digital Education Hub as recognised Digital Education Ambassadors.
The appointment is for an initial one-year term, with the possibility of extension. Ambassadors will participate in regular coordination meetings, engage with the wider Hub community, and contribute to shaping future digital education initiatives across Europe. While the role is voluntary, it offers unique opportunities for professional recognition, networking, early access to Hub activities and resources, and closer engagement with the European digital education community.
This appointment highlights the continued contribution of EDEN experts to European cooperation in digital education and reinforces EDEN’s commitment to supporting innovation, collaboration, and the responsible digital transformation of education.
We warmly congratulate Sandra Kučina, Vlad Mihaescu, and Estela Dauksiene on this well-deserved recognition and wish them every success in their new ambassadorial roles.
