EDEN representatives attended the launch of the Higher Education Interoperability Framework in Brussels  on January 15th 2025

The successful launch of the Higher Education Interoperability Framework  was in Brussels  on January 15th 2025. The event was organized by European Digital Education Hub.  The aim of the Framework is set to transform the higher education landscape across Europe by fostering a more collaborative and innovative higher education ecosystem. This initiative is part of the broader Digital Education Action Plan by the European Commission, aimed at overcoming fragmentation in digital education policy and practice across the EU. Prof Wim Van Petegem, EDEN DLE president and Dr Sandra Kucina Softic, EDEN DLE Vice-president and the EDEN representative in the Higher Education Interoperability Working Group attended the event.

The European Digital Education Hub (EDEH) is an initiative of the European Commission, funded by the Erasmus+ programme (2021-2027) and operated by a consortium of 13 organisations under a service contract with the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).
